We have a flat rate of $9.95, express is a little bit extra it is $13.95 for up to 3kg and $22.95 for up to 5kg, that is for standard items for pinata’s and bulky items extra charges may apply please enquire at email@example.com thanks.
For bulky items such as pinata’s or certain decorations, tableware they will need to be sent in a box not a post satchel this changes the shipping charges please contact me prior to purchase if you are concerned about the shipping charges so I can provide you with a quote.

While Australia Post guarantees next business day delivery to the postcodes below, as they are a separate company to us, we cannot guarantee these times in most cases a express post order will reach you within 2-3 business days following your cleared payment.
What Happens If I Am Not Home When My Parcel Is Delivered?
If a delivery is made when you are not home, the parcel is taken to your local post office to await collection. You are usually left a note from the delivery driver to advise which local post office it was taken to but if you are unsure please email us so we can look into where the parcel is. (the post office will send you a note if the parcel is unclaimed and if it remains unclaimed for 3 consecutive weeks they send it back to us. If this happens we will not be able to refund the postage on your order.
What happens if my parcel is lost?
All our delivery options are provided by a third party however It is rare that a courier company or Australia post lose a parcel. As delivery is provided by a third party for your convenience, we cannot accept responsibility for a lost parcel however we really want you to have a great party so please contact us if your parcel is lost and we may find a way to resolve your situation at little or no cost to you.
Pick-up at Store by You
Pickup your order from Currimundi at a pre-arranged time, please call me on 0403 811 163 to arrange a suitable time for collection.
No Shipping or Handling Charges
Once your order is ready, we will contact you to let you know that it is ready to be picked up.
Allow at least 2 working days and call us before coming to our store if we haven’t called you to advise your order is ready.
You will be required to sign to confirm you have received the parcel
You must bring photo ID with you and you must be the person named on the order or the person advised as the party picking up the order in the order comments.
